Tutor Responsibilities
- Assessing a child’s ability and preparing a learning Plan
- Planning bespoke lessons to adapt to the learning requirements of each student
- Providing suitable tasks between lessons to consolidate and promote learning
- Regularly providing both oral and written feedback to parents
- Completing written reports to parents within our Tutorcruncher platform
- Communicating effectively and responding rapidly to emails from clients and the Company
- Arriving smart and punctual to lessons

Tutors and CPD
Hampstead and Frognal Tutors hold either a PGCE or equivalent form of teaching qualification. Tutors without a PGCE are expected to have demonstrated through experience and references that they are specialists in their chosen teaching subject.
Hampstead & Frognal Tutors can keep their teaching profile up to date using our platform which may include membership to The Tutors’ Association and other associations such as The UK Mathematics Trust, The Royal Historical Society, STEM Learning and the NCETM.
